May 11, 1801: Lincoln County Court Certificate, May, 1801, "John McInnich (sic)

claims 200 acres of vacant land agreeably to the Act for settling and improving the same,

and satisfactory proof being made that he has made actual settlement and improvement

thereon, a certificate is granted him for the 200 acres on the waters of Rock Lick Fork of
