Dec. 13, 1802: "Daniel McAnnich (sic) relinquishes his claim to the land for which he has

heretofore been granted a certificate, and now claims 400 acres of vacant land, agreeably

to the Act of the General Assembly, and satisfactory proof being made that he has actually

settled and improved the said land, a certificate is granted him for the 400 acres on the west

side of Fishing Creek, on the dividing ridge between Russels Creek and George Egnew's
