McAninch in Kentucky, 1797-1807, The First 10 Years - This article covers the first decade in

Kentucky, from William McAninch’s arrival in Lincoln County in 1797 with his wife and son, and

Daniel McAninch’s arrival the following year (1798) with his wife and children, through the first

land claims in Kentucky, including William in the new Pulaski County, created 1799, and through

to the creation of the new Casey County, set off from Lincoln County, Kentucky, 1806-1807.
