the 1940 census. During World War II, Russell served in the U.S. Navy as an aviation |

mechanic (AM3). Russell R., Betty M., and son Carroll R. are living in Santa Monica, |
|
|
California, in 1958. On 16 Apr. 1963, Richard R. McAninch married(2) Ida M. (Allred) |
|
|
Moore, in Los Angeles County, and, four months later, son Carroll R. McAninch |
|
|
married Patricia L. (Holden) McDonald, 2 Aug. 1963, also in Los Angeles County, |
|
|
California. Russell R. McAninch died 25 Nov. 1970, Sioux Falls, and is buried in the |

|
Black Hills National Cemetery, Sturgis, Meade County, South Dakota. |
