the said McAninch hath of, in, or to the said tract or parcel of land, doth hereby grant as aforesaid

unto the said Haworth and to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Haworth his heirs

and assigns forever as an Indefeasible (sic) Inheritance in Fee Simple, and the said McAninch

for himself his heirs executors and administrators doth promise covenant and agree that he the

said McAninch his heirs executors and administrators, shall and will warrant and forever defend

the said premises to the said Haworth his heirs and assigns, against any person or persons laying
