County of Lincoln, State of Nevada, and John McFadden of the County of Salt Lake,

 

State of Utah, parties of the first part, and Stewart McAnish [sic] of the County of

 

Lincoln, State of Nevada, the part of the second part. . . . Eleven Hundred and Fifty
