Beginning at a hickory the south east corner of a two thousand two hundred acre tract owned

by Capt. Charles Buford thence south 1 1/2 degrees east one hundred and ten poles to a stake

thence North 88 1/2 degrees west one hundred and forty five and a half poles to a stake

thence north 1 ½ degrees east one hundred and eleven and a half poles to a stone with pointers

thence south 88 1/2 degrees East one hundred and forty five and a half poles to the beginning

containing one hundred acres and one hundred and fifteen poles …
