to	Title Bond	Registered the 30th day of March 1840
Henderson Dishough [no 't']

Know all by these presents that I John McAninch of Giles County and State of Tennessee are
held and firmly bound
unto Henderson Dishough [no 't'] in the sum of twelve
[pg.364] hundred dollars to be levied on my goods chattels lands and tenements
Given under my hand and seal this March 24th 1840.
But this bond is on the following condition and no other, that is to say I have sold to said
Dishough a tract of land ... in said County on the waters of Dunnahoe's Creek containing one
hundred fifty acres more or less ...
commencing at a cedar stake on John Williamson [Williamson line, see 3 acre deed, same date]
line with dogwood and ironwood painters running from thence westward with a mark[ed?] line
it being agreed [with?] by the painters to a large [two words?] in Henry Serles line from thence
running south with said Serles line to Caleb White's corner and from thence east with said line to
the corner on John McAninch's and said White's line thence North with said line to the beginning
... six hundred dollars ...

State of Tennessee County of Giles
Personally appeared before me Edward D. Jones Clerk of the County Court of Giles County
the within named John McAninch with whom I am personally acquainted ...
