McAninch (1908-1998), g-g-grand-son of Samuel McAninch; Herbert and Louise lived in Auburn (DeKalb County), Indiana, and Louise did a lot of on-site research in the Hendricks County area, corresponding with both Marjorie (McAninch) Waggoner [see Note 7] and Beatrice (McAninch) Bayless (1901-1998) (from P.O. Box 367, Auburn, Indiana); see “Appendix 4: Transcription of Letters from Mrs. Louise McAninch, and the Six Photographs”.
